Events policy and guidance

All students, faculty, staff and others interested in hosting an event on campus should read and familiarize themselves with the campusÌýEvents and Activities Policy, as well as theÌýEvent and Activities Guidance. The two documents outline all requirements and procedures related to hosting campus events. Starting the application/approval process for your event as early as possible will help ensure a smooth process and successful event.

If you represent a non-University organization or are a private individual planning an event with alcohol on the CU É«°ÉÑÇÖÞ campus, please contact the Campus Manager of Alcohol Service at 303-492-4558 orÌýcampusalcoholagent@colorado.edu. ÌýThe Campus Manager of Alcohol Service will assist you in choosing a venue and scheduling your event and answer any questions you have about alcohol service on campus.
